Who do you see?
I currently have made my focus on adult care. I see people aged 19 years of age and up to 90 for individuals and couples therapy.
I am a new client. What do I have to do before I see you?
1. If you have completed the application emailed to you, you can arrive at your appointed time. If you have not completed, arrive 15 minutes before your time if it’s before 5:00 pm. Please read and follow “directions to the office that was emailed to you”.

2. If appointment is after 5:00, you will need to wait in your car until I am able to call you on your cell phone. Please be patient as some sessions may run over. I will call you when I am ready for your appointment.

3. Please text to the number 405-473-0317 that “I am here” and I will text you back “I will meet you at the door when I’m done with the current session”.

What are your hours?
I have appointment times Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
How do I change the appointment?
Please call me at 405-473-0317. I will help you choose a date and time as well as answer many of your initial questions. When you come to the appointment, you will need to bring a photo id of each person attending as well as your insurance card or EAP information.
What are your prices?
My prices are as follows:
Initial session is $150.00, following sessions are $125.
What insurance plans do you accept?
If using insurance or EAP, pricing is dependent on the plan that you have with the insurance company. Please contact your insurance company and ask about mental health benefits if you have any concerns or questions.
How do I make a payment?
During the initial session, we will discuss payment options and you and I can make arrangements for an equitable agreement for both of us. Depending on insurance benefits and private pay options, I am sure we can come to a good agreement for all of us. We will file your insurance claims for you.

When paying for your session, you can pay by cash, check, credit card, debit card or health savings card. I cannot make change, so please bring the correct amount or any overage will be applied to your next session.
